Tui Na
Tui Na (”tuay na”) is a form of massage which is regarded as one of the main branches of Chinese Medicine alongside Acupuncture.
It is a highly effective non-invasive treatment which involves stretching, stroking and gentle pushing to the acupressure points along the face, head and neck.
It is extremely relaxing and can be effective for internal problems such as headaches, anxiety, stress or tension in the jaw or facial muscles.
It can also be used alongside the Facial Revitalisation Acupuncture (the Acupuncture ‘Face-Lift’) to specifically affect the face while also treating any underlying factors which contribute to aging.
